In the past four years, Patrick Mahomes house has advanced to his third Super Bowl. Look at the real estate assets he has amassed in a short amount of time if that isn’t an indication of a winner. The 27-year-old Kansas City Chiefs quarterback has put $8 million into four distinct homes. Three of his properties are in Missouri, while the other four a mansion in Texas, two residences, and a vacant lot are all elsewhere. There is no denying that this is only the beginning of his real estate ventures, though, if he keeps investing at this rate. He also has the resources to complete it.
Missouri Kansas City
Mahomes paid $125,000 less than the asking price for a two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in Kansas City in December 2017 his first home. Even though the 1,800 square foot property once listed at $475,000 and currently estimated to be worth roughly $500,000, Mahomes was able to purchase it for $350,000. Mahomes briefly listed the house for sale in 2019, but he later removed it. The bedrooms have California closets, the living room has a fireplace, and the kitchen has granite counters. The main living space also has high ceilings and a wet bar.
Belton Missouri
With a private LLC, Mahomes acquired an 8-acre parcel of unoccupied land in Belton, which is roughly a half-hour drive from Kansas City, in September 2020. Although it’s unknown what he ultimately paid, the house last advertised for $400,000, so that’s still a significant difference. Yet, it’s likely that Mahomes paid less than the asking price given his history of making good deals. Mahomes built a new home on the site a year later, in 2021. In 2022, he put in a pool, according to land records. Currently, the estate is worth more than $1 million. The list managed by Loch Lloyd Residential Real Estate’s Ashlea Black and Dale Brouk.

In March 2020, Mahomes was able to purchase it for $3.37 million, which is $890,000 less than the $4.26 million asking price.

The Texas-born quarterback, who attended Texas Tech University and played both football and baseball, led his team to five consecutive AFC Championship Games. The house newly built in 2014 and is located in the wealthy Westlake area. A spiral staircase leads from the private study to the private loft. A walk-through shower, a dressing space, and a spa bath with an infinity edge are features of the main suite. There is also panoramic view.
